Most servers run one police faction because they only have one station. This interior ships dressed two ways, which is a cheaper answer than installing a second map and hoping nobody notices the signage.

Two departments, one install

The building carries a full Sheriff's Department theme and a full LSPD theme. Signage, colours and livery change together, so the faction your server actually runs reads correctly from the front counter to the cell block. If you run both, hand one theme to each and keep the cost at a single resource.

What your officers get

The front counter. Somewhere walk-ins, complaints and bail happen in character instead of in chat.

A briefing room. Big enough for a full shift handover, which is where most police roleplay actually starts rather than ends.

Rank structure. Individual offices for department heads and open seating for general duty, so a chain of command has somewhere to sit.

The back of house. Cells, locker rooms and the processing space an arrest needs before it turns into paperwork.

Where it sits

It is placed at the busy end of the map. Response times stay short and a shift is spent working calls rather than driving to them, which matters more than floor area on a server where jobs come in faster than units clear.

Fitting it in

A map resource with no framework dependency, so ESX, QBCore and Qbox servers install it the same way and keep whichever job, MDT and dispatch scripts they already run. It also works on RageMP and altV.
