Most servers treat the hospital as a respawn point with a door. Medics deserve a building: somewhere a patient is booked in, moved, treated and discharged, with rooms that mean different things.

Three receptions, not one desk

The front of house is split, so arrivals, enquiries and department check-in are separate places rather than one marker that does everything. That alone changes how a busy shift plays, because two medics can work without standing on each other.

The rest of the building

Wards. Beds a patient stays in, which gives recovery somewhere to happen instead of a countdown in the corner of the screen.

Offices for department heads. Rank and specialism get a room, so a consultant is a job rather than a colour on a name tag.

Meeting rooms. For handovers, training, and the arguments that follow a bad call.

A gym. The detail that makes the building feel staffed rather than staged.

The garage. Ambulances park inside, so a crew arrives at a bay rather than abandoning a van on the pavement.

Sound that behaves

Custom audio occlusion is built in, so a conversation in a ward does not carry down the corridor. On a medical server, where roleplay is mostly people talking in rooms, that is the difference between an interior and a set.
