Cities tend to have a hospital and a drug trade with nothing connecting them. A pharmacy is the piece that sits in between — somewhere prescriptions get filled, EMS restocks, and not every transaction goes in the ledger.

Three zones, one small interior

The shop floor. Stocked shelving islands, a wall of over-the-counter medication and a waiting area by the window, in green-and-white O'Deas livery. Bright enough to film in and busy enough to feel like a real business.

The counter. A curved prescription desk with registers and a pickup shelf, so a pharmacist has a workstation to stand behind rather than a marker on the floor.

The back. Staff-only past the counter: a locker room that gives clock-on and clock-off somewhere to happen, and an office with desks, monitors and a safe in the corner.

What you can run in it

  • A whitelisted pharmacist role, or a player-owned business selling bandages, painkillers and medkits
  • Prescription flows, if you hook the counter into whatever medical script your doctors already use
  • The other kind of story — a safe worth robbing, a counter worth bribing, and a supply chain your drug economy probably lacks

Practical notes

One compact interior with clean geometry and a small download, so it does not cost you a slot's worth of client performance. No framework dependency: drop it in alongside ESX, QBCore or something custom and use whichever target and job scripts you already run. It needs its shared assets resource started alongside it — the readme names the file.
