Most ambulance services keep their records in a Discord channel and their billing in somebody's head. This gives the service a terminal instead — a tablet the crew opens on scene, works from, and closes with the paperwork already done.

Records that survive the shift

Every patient a crew treats can be written up properly: what happened, who was involved, which medics attended, and photographs attached to the report. Those write-ups stay searchable afterwards, so the next crew to pick the same person up arrives knowing what they are walking into.

A register, not a name lookup

Search citizens by name, or choose the nearest option and let the tablet fill the profile in for you. Each record carries the details that matter on scene alongside notes left by previous crews, and profile pictures can be set from inside the MDT.

Billing and blacklists

Invoices are raised from the tablet against a configurable tariff, with an optional note where one is needed. Outstanding payments show against the citizen's record, and anyone who makes a habit of not paying can be put on a blacklist the whole service can see.

Notices and handover

Announcements and service notes are managed in-tablet — read, added and deleted by the crew — so standing instructions and shift handovers live where people actually look instead of scrolling back through a channel.

Built to be lived in

The interface is themed from the settings panel: button colours, labels, layout and language all change in-game rather than in a config file. Polish, English, German, French and Spanish ship as standard and you can add your own. Discord logging runs through your own webhook, with checks in place against anyone trying to reach it.

Fitting it in

Runs on ESX, QBCore and Qbox, with a ready-made SQL file so installation is a single import. It sits at 0.00ms idle, closes itself if the character goes down, and carries server-side checks around money handling so invoicing cannot be turned into a way of minting cash. It recognises the common housing, phone, dispatch and society resources.
